Matsuricon finalizes guest list for 2011

COlumbus, OH (June 8, 2011) - Matsuricon Finalizes Guest List for 2011, Includes "Mass Effect's" Jennifer Hale

Matsuricon is proud to announce that they have finalized their 2011 guest with two returning guests, a webcomic artist, a pokemon trainer, and a hard-nosed space marine commander.

Dark and determined Commander Shepard from Mass Effect 1 and 2, ever hopeful and shining Cinderella, psychotic Princess Morebucks and sunny Ms Keane from The Powerpuff Girls, sleek and sexy Naomi Hunter from the Metal Gear Series, superspy Sam and superspoiled Mandy from 'Totally Spies', and super fighter Aayla Secura from Star Wars Clone Wars all have one thing in common. Their spirits and their voices spring from the heart of Jennifer Hale. Jennifer has brought to life a wild range of characters from a disgruntled 12 year old boy, to a timeless heroic princess, a quirky ancient alien, a ridiculously perky tour guide, a rock star, a shy four year old and a sizzling super-bad girl. At the top of her field in animation, commercials, and promos, Jennifer is responsible for these and many more memorable characters as well as lending her signature voice to many products and programs familiar to all of us. A singer as well as an actress, Jennifer is currently working on her first solo CD.

Veronica Taylor has been a part of Saturday morning cartoons for some time now. She is probably best known for playing the voice of Ash and May on "Pokemon", April on "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and Abby on "Cubix". Currently, she can be heard as Max on "Dinosaur King", Carly on "Yu-Gi-Oh!5D's", many characters with accents on "Huntik", and as Tori in the upcoming "Tai Chi Chasers". She can be heard on PBS kids' Word World (Sheep), Lunch Lab (Mixiebot), and the recently launched "Chuck Vanderchuck's 'something something' Explosion!" (Ramona). Other anime favorites include Yukino on "His and Hers Circumstances, Amelia on "Slayers", all 7 Nana's on "Nana Seven of Seven", and Narue on "World of Narue", as well as many others. She has done numerous voices for animation, video games, audiobooks, commercials, and documentaries.

James Hatton is the creator of the minimalist mythological extravaganza known as In His Likeness (inhislikeness.com). Featuring God, the Devil, Poseidon, and a slew of other characters, it is a pop culture feast for the senses. James can also be found writing movie reviews of bad horror flicks at S-FLIX.COM and hosting Burlesque shows with Cosplay Burlesque at east coast conventions. When not schlepping his comic brilliance from state to state, he can be found watching horrendous movies and playing Minecraft with his wife and cats.
