News for Nan Desu Kan 2011:

Nan Desu Kan announces second round of guests

Pre-registration advised for largest convention in Rocky Mountain region

DENVER (March 9, 2011)--Voice actors Tony Oliver, Leah Clark and Robert McCollum will make their Nan Desu Kan (NDK) debut and fan favorite Vic Mignogna will return for the 15th NDK, Sept. 9-11, 2011 at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.

"We're excited to welcome some new faces to Denver," said Amanda Liebermann, NDK's executive director. "Tony is an iconic actor who has spanned generations. Leah is already perfectly fitting into our NDK family with her energetic enthusiasm, and Robert will be joining in our 15th-year anniversary by celebrating his birthday that weekend."

They will join already-announced guests Todd Haberkorn, Patrick Seitz and Chris Cason, as well as Kevin McKeever, Steve Yun and Tommy Yune with the Robotech Convention Tour.

Voice actor/composer Vic Mignogna returns to NDK after appearing in 2003 and 2008. Amongst his best-known roles are Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Broly in Dragon Ball Z films, Tamaki Suoh in Ouran High School Host Club, Fai D. Flourite in "Tsubasa Chronicle", Ikkaku Madarame in Bleach and Dark Mousy in D.N.Angel.

"It's an honor to welcome Vic back," said Liebermann. "He's one of our most-requested guests, and we didn't want to celebrate our anniversary without him."

Mignogna will also be performing during the convention.

Voice actor/screenwriter/ADR director Tony Oliver helped create classic T.V. show Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, for which he served as development producer, wrote the pilot episode, produced the network presentation and story edited the first season. He has voiced well-known roles like Rick Hunter in Robotech, Arsene Lupin III in Lupin III, Keiichi Morisato in Ah! My Goddess: The Movie, Lancer in Fate/Stay Night and Hiromu Shinbo in Chobits.

Voice actress/screenwriter/ADR director Leah Clark's first major role was as Nodoka Miyazaki in Negima!. She has since starred in Evangelion 1.0 and 2.0 as Hikari Horaki, Fullmetal Alchemist as Noah, One Piece as Coby and Miss Doublefinger, Suzuka as Suzuka and xxxHOLiC as Maru.

Voice actor Robert McCollum was most recently seen as the host of WFAA's Good Morning Texas for two years, as well as being the voice of Blockbuster stores. His roles include Baki in Baki the Grappler, Goten in Dragon Ball GT, Yuske Tozawa in Witchblade, Yaunobu in Suzuka, Curio in Romeo X Juliet, and Donquixote Doflamingo in One Piece.

To help ensure the comfort of NDK attendees and the quality of the convention, NDK will be enforcing an attendance cap of 7,500 per day. Attendees are highly encouraged to pre-register at http://ndkdenver.org. Information on the attendance cap and overflow hotels is also available.
