Biography:
Being the brother of acclaimed director Sam Raimi (Evil Dead trilogy, Spider-man trilogy to name a few) has paid off very well for Ted. He gained cult actor status with his role in Sam's movies the Evil Dead and continued to find a place in Sam's movies and in the hearts of fans.

Perhaps best known for his role as Joxer the Mighty in Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. He comical portrayal of a wannabe hero won fans of the series over.

Raimi's motion picture acting credits include Wes Craven's Shocker, Born Yesterday, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger, The Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, Army of Darkness, Darkman and the Spider-Man series, as well as roles in such features as Stuart Saves His Family, The Grudge, Midnight Meat Train and Oz the Great and Powerful.

On television, he has been seen on shows such as Twin Peaks, CSI: NY, Supernatural and Legend of the Seeker but is best known for his roles as the communication officer Lt. Tim O'Neill on the science fiction television series seaQuest DSV (later seaQuest 2032).

Currently Ted is back to work on the Ash vs Evil Dead television series based off of the feature films. Ted is also voicing a character on the Netflix's animated series Buddy Thunderstruck about the hard-driving trucking adventures of a dog driver and his ferret mechanic sidekick.
