Biography:
Entendre is a critically acclaimed four piece alternative rock band based in Akron Ohio. Combining wailing guitars, with thunderous drums, chilling vocals, and a heavy dose of synthe, Entendre is a band that proves new ideas are still alive and well in the music industry. Concertgoers who have witnessed the group's energetic live show have come to realize that Entendre is not just a band, it's an experience!
Currently the group is in studio working on their first ever EP tentatively titled "Enter the Reckoning." It is being produced by Grammy nominated sound engineer Eric Emery.
Formed in February 2012 by vocalist Ben Dearman and lead guitarist Scott Rush "ENTENDRE" was born out of a mutual need to break new ground in the local music scene. Shortly after formation the band found themselves in need bass player whose mind could match his playing skill. Michael Conte's "In your face" playing style and whip smart ideas fit the bill. Most recently the group welcomed Andrew Thornborough on drums. Andrew's unique instrumentation proved to be the final piece of Entendre's puzzle.
