EVENT CANCELLATION NOTICE. I have decided after much debating to terminate this event due to several issues. The staff has been truly wonderful and resourceful and vendor interest has been at an all time high for this event, but there are problematic issues, primarily in funding procurement which have recently occured. I have reached a point where struggling for funding is possible, but not guaranteed. So, in order to keep timeliness in mind, I have decided to terminate this event so that guests and vendors have enough time to re-schedule for the weekend of June 20-22.
I apologize for any inconveniences and there are no current plans to schedule for 2015. All vendors who have pre-paid will be refunded during the next 3 months.
