Biography:
Cee Kaye is a professional cosplayer based out of the Midwest. She started her cosplay journey in January of 2019 and has never looked back. In the beginning, she was entirely self-taught, before ultimately deciding to adapt her schooling to fit her work. She graduated with honors from Columbia College Chicago with a BFA in Costume Design in 2022. Over the past three years, Cee has successfully gathered an online following of nearly 900k across her numerous platforms. Her work has been shared all over the internet, including features with Playbill, Hadestown, Resident Evil, Screen Rant, covering Cosplay Realm Magazine, and more. She has also worked in collaboration with partners such as Six the Musical, Prime Video, Stranger Things, Dorian Live, DC Comics and Marvel Entertainment. Cee is no stranger to in-person work as well as she has worked with conventions such as C2E2, Fan Expo Chicago, Indy Pop Con, and Louisville Pop Con. Cee excels in drafting and constructing her cosplays from scratch, using her sewing skills to bring characters to life. She is also proficient in foam crafting and (her favorite:) prop-making, as well as wig styling and make-up design, making her a jack-of-all-trades. For her efforts, she has both placed or won in a handful of cosplay competitions across the states.
